Bristol, United Kingdom - March 10, 2020 /PressCable/ —
For people interested in Commercial Washroom Refits, Bristol Washroom Refurbishments has just released a new video “Church Building Toilet Refurbishment Bristol”.
This new video can be viewed at this link: https://youtu.be/2ZwggRc6Ulo
This video covers the facts about how Church building washrooms and toilet facilities are often neglected leaving visitors with a bad impression of the organisation as a whole.
It also highlights that Bristol Washroom Refurbishments has extensive experience in installing and refit toilets and washroom facilities in church buildings (As well as workplaces (offices and factories), restaurants, shops, pubs, nightclubs and more).
Owner of Bristol Washroom Refurbishments , Martin Holder says “As committed christians we enjoy serving the christian community. We are always ensure that our customers end up with a bathroom facility that is user friendly, long lasting and environmentally friendly toilets. We also work with our clients and the end users to minimize disruption. “
It is estimated that nearly a third of the UK’s church buildings do not have toilet facilities (NCT Survey, 2010), and that listed buildings are generally the least well equipped. In a another survey (ComRes, December 2015) 34% of those asked said that toilets would encourage them to visit a church, chapel or meeting house.
The National Churches Trust, which for over 60 years has been funding the repair of churches, is receiving more and more requests for funding to install lavatories. Last year, toilets topped the list of funding requests to the Trust’s Community Grant program for the third year running.
Last year, the Trust helped provide 16 places of worship with new toilet facilities.
These included St Mary’s church in Hay-on-Wye in Powys, Wales. Originally built in the early 12th century, the church wanted to install toilets to benefit parishioners and children attending Sunday school and youth groups.
The Bath Quaker Meeting House, which is right in the central historic quarter of the city, already had toilets in the basement of the building (off limits to anyone unable to make it down two steep flights of stairs). A new fully-accessible toilet is available for anyone to use. Installed as part of a wider scheme, which received the Mayor of Bath’s 2014 Access Challenge Award which recognises a business or public place in Bath that has made a positive contribution to accessibility for people with disabilities.
Craig Holder of Bristol Washroom Refurbishments says “We always encourage our clients to make use of Trusts, grants and all other sources of funding as toilet refurbishment can be costly but is worth making the investment and using a professional company to carry out the work.
